How safe is it?

Our products are made with moisture wicking, antibacterial, odor repelling technology, making them a safe and hygienic reusable period product. They are also free of PFAs, toxins and any harsh chemicals.

How to use?

Think of Girlie period underwear like regular underwear, with a built in pad! We have a pair for each flow/day of your cycle. It completely replaces the need to wear pads or tampons, while keeping you leak free and comfortable. Wear it, wash it, dry it, repeat!

How to clean?

- Rinse under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Wash with mild detergent (as you would your other delicates laundry).
- Air dry.

How long does it last?

Our products are designed to be worn for 6-10 hours (depending on flow). They are reusable and can be washed and worn for up to 2 years or 100 washes!
